Richard Berger has more than 25 years experience as an office properties specialist. His experience includes developing large-scale analytical feasibility studies and executing corporate and professional relocation services. Extremely active in office brokerage, Richard is consistently one of the industry's highest producers. In fact, during the past two years, Richard has been directly responsible for transactions with consideration in excess of $200 million and more than one million square feet of office space.

Richard currently serves as a regional board member for the Anti-Defamation League (ADL).
