Emil Domeracki joined Colliers International in 2008. He specializes in land acquisition and cooperates closely with land owners, investors and developers looking for plots for commercial use and residential projects. Emil’s role is to search for land, represent investors during negotiations, coordinate the due diligence process, prepare market and financial analysis and feasibility study reports.

In the last twelve months Emil participated in the sale of over 700,000 sqm of land, allowing the construction of more than 1.5 million sqm of modern residential, office - retail, warehouse and hotel space.

Nauta in Gdynia (84,497 sqm), Dalkia Poznań (103,912 sqm), MPRO in Warsaw (portfolio of 52,909 sqm), Arcerolmittal Warsaw (24,136 sqm), Skarbiec TFI – Kapelanka in Kraków (4,698 sqm), Shipyard City Gdańsk (202,160 sqm), Wilanowska/Sikorskiego (84,593 sqm), Qualia Development (portfolio of 265,965 sqm), Mieszko S.A. (15,627 sqm), Parzniew Panattoni (24,899 sqm), Sokołów Panattoni (160,000 sqm), Gerda Marynarska (16,584 sqm), Plac Defilad in Warsaw (5,935 sqm).

Before joining Colliers Emil worked for emFinanse Sp.z o.o. (part of the BRE Bank group), Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., Bank BPH Hipoteczny, HypoVereinsbank and Bank Hipoteczny S.A. Emil is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Polish Open University with the main focus on negotiation skills and client relationship building.
