We are looking for perfect candidate to support Managing Partner in everyday professional and private activities.

You will be responsible for:

  • managing calendar and e-mail box
  • arranging business trips (booking tickets, hotels, renting cars, etc.)
  • arranging meetings and supporting clients events
  • preparing professional presentations in power point
  • coordinating and gathering materials form different departments
  • translations (pl – eng; eng – pl)
  • contacting management board and clients
  • assisting in other professional and private matters

It would be great if you had:

  • experience on executive / personal assistant position in international company
  • very good command of English (spoken and written)
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (especially power point, excel and outlook)
  • perfect communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
  • enthusiasm and strong motivation for work
