As Principal and Managing Director of the Investment Sales and Capital Markets Group, Mr. Iglehart’s responsibilities include origination, structuring, and placement of real estate transactions involving equity and debt financing of retail properties, office buildings, industrial facilities, hotels, and multi-family residential properties as well as providing advisory services for owners of real estate held for investment.
Over the last 36 months, Mr. Iglehart and his partners, Dennis Malone, Rob Cochran, David Finger and Jay Wellschlager have transacted over $2.1 billion in investment sales from Connecticut to North Carolina. Additionally, Mr. Iglehart assists in accessing, creating, and managing relationships with institutional real estate owners and/or lenders. This includes assessing client requirements and assuring the highest standard of service delivery. Projects include asset management, acquisition/disposition assignments, agency leasing and tenant representation assignments, appraisal/real estate tax consulting assignments, etc.
Mr. Iglehart will act as the single point of contact for institutional clients, marshalling an assemblage of company disciplines, or a single company discipline to execute the strategy for the client. He is responsible for developing the client knowledge necessary for Colliers Pinkard to formulate and match its resources to the requirements.
Mr. Iglehart has been active in a variety of civic involvements including several committees for the Greater Baltimore Committee including member of the planning council, member of the city/state fiscal relationships subcommittee, member of the economic development council marketing task force and a member of the transportation committee. Other involvements include a member of the board of directors for Valley Planning Council, Inc., a vice president and board member for the United States Lawn Tennis Association, a member of the board of trustees and life trustee for the St. Paul's School in Concord, NH, a member of the board of trustees for the Baltimore Museum of Art and a member of the board of directors and coach for the Orchard Youth Ice Hockey Program.
