Peter Nieman has a thorough understanding of the office properties market, with 45 years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience. He joined Colliers International in 1993. Peter has earned a reputation among both clients and peers for focusing on the motivational aspects of transactions to achieve equitable solutions for all parties. He takes great pride in his ability to guide both tenants and landlords through the real estate process and believes his primary job is to serve as their advocate.
