Mr. Fennelly joined Colliers Keenan in Charleston in 2002 as Vice President of Marketing. He has been in the commercial real estate profession since 1986 and specializes in the leasing of office and industrial properties, representing both Landlords and Tenants. Mr. Fennelly began his real estate career in Princeton, New Jersey where he was involved in the establishment of a corporate real estate firm specializing in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and scientific research properties throughout central New Jersey.

Mr. Fennelly is highly experienced in landlord and tenant representation and has completed over three million square feet of real estate transactions. He joined Colliers International in San Diego, California in 1995 as a Corporate Real Estate Specialist, focusing on the leasing and sale of office and industrial properties. Mr. Fennelly has represented landlords and tenants in all phases of negotiations and has been responsible for developing market studies and investment programs for investors and tenants. Mr. Fennelly also has vast experience in lease/sale contracts, financial analysis, property valuation and appraisal methods.

Achievements
Mr. Fennelly holds the designation as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is currently serving a four year term as a Trustee of the SIOR Foundation.  He has also served most recently as the Chapter President for the Carolinas Chapter of SIOR.  He also earned the professional designation of Masters of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) from CoreNet Global Learning. He is an active member of the National Association of Realtors and South Carolina Association of Realtors. Mr. Fennelly was instrumental in the formation of the Charleston Real Estate Market Forecast and has served on the Board of Directors for the past four years and in 2008 will lead the state in Market Forecast in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville. Mr. Fennelly is an avid yachtsmen and tri-athlete and has competed in three of the last five America's Cup Campaigns. In 1991, Mr. Fennelly was selected as one of the team members to successfully defend the America's cup off the coast of San Diego in the summer of 1992.
