Career History
Peggy Meredith has 32 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in project and tenant office and industrial leasing, sales of improved commercial properties, unimproved land sales as well as a joint venture build-to-suit office development. Meredith joined Colliers International in 1999 and has consistently been recognized as a top producer for the Houston office. Prior to joining the Colliers team, she was affiliated with Mason McAlpine Commercial Real Estate, Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate, and Shindler Cummins Commercial Real Estate.
Ms. Meredith has completed over 4.0 million square feet of real estate transactions in the Greater Houston region, including the Bay Area and The Woodlands markets. Her clients represent a broad spectrum of both public and private industry, from local to global firms doing business in the Houston market.
Among her more notable transactions are: a 137,000 SF office building Joint Venture development in Southwest Houston; a 95,000 SF office lease in Houston’s CBD; a 250,000 SF office sublease with a subsequent 90,000 SF relocation of the tenant; an investment sale of a 34,321 SF medical office building in Southeast Houston; a 61,600 SF flex building in Northwest Houston; and a 43,290 SF lease of an industrial property in Northwest Houston. Ms. Meredith also represented clients in the disposition of 37 acres (Southeast Houston) and 7 acres (West Houston) for mixed-use retail development. On behalf of Harris County, Ms. Meredith located over 200 acres in Northeast Harris County for retention/detention sites; a 55,000 SF corporate office for Flood Control located in Northwest Houston; 30,450 SF for the corporate, training and distribution center for the Harris County Library; as well as 2,000 SF for the Harris County Health Department, WIC, and the Juvenile Probation Department in Northwest Houston.
