Paddy is Director and co-lead of the Retail Strategy & Analytics team, with 15+ years’ experience in data analytics and retail strategy.
Prior to Colliers, Paddy co-led the Accenture retail strategy Analytics pillar and had overall responsibility for the Javelin Group Commercial Spaces service line, delivering data led retail property projects focused on new development potential, acquisition appraisals and asset management of existing schemes.
Involved in the locations and customer analytics sector since 2002, Paddy has worked on a wide range of projects covering retailer location strategy, due diligence and shopping centre strategy and acquisition appraisals. He graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with a degree in Business Computing.
Paul is Director and co-lead of the Retail Strategy & Analytics practice, with 13 years’ experience working with occupiers to grow and optimize their store/branch portfolios. Prior to Colliers, Paul was Global Lead for the ‘Shape of Chain’ real estate analytics proposition at Accenture/Javelin Group.
He advises clients globally on store location and performance optimisation strategies, spanning the occupier spectrum from fashion, grocery and homewares through to F&B, leisure and retail banking (and beyond).
Paul’s experience includes sales forecasting for a US grocer, UK entry and roll-out strategy for an international F&B operator, branch rationalisation strategy for a UK bank, and estate conslidation strategy for a Telco merger.
Aron has over 15 years’ experience in Central London real estate , currently a Director and Co-head of London Estates at Colliers.
His key landlord instructions are advising The Crown Estate on their Regent Street and St James's portfolio a £2.2Bn London retail portfolio. Advising JP Morgan on their 7 acre Spitalfields estate providing advice on placemaking/band curation and redevelopment strategy, to ensure synergy between office and retail occupiers.
Outside of his core estate work, Aron has previously advised other key London landlords on their holdings, including Ashby Capital, Derwent London, Great Portland Estates, and Crosstree Real Estate.
Erin is a senior director in the London retail team, with a particular specialism within the London Estates and mixed use developments. Amy is a Senior Retail Analyst working in the Retail Strategy & Analytics team, with over 8 years’ experience in data analytics, retail strategy & research.
Prior to Colliers, Amy held Retail Research positions at both Cushman & Wakefield and PMA, having worked with both occupiers and landlords.
Alexandra is an Associate Director in the Central London Agency team and has over 5 years experience in Restaurant & Leisure Agency in Central London. She has worked on some of London's most renowned estates, including 5 years working across Shaftesbury’s extensive West End portfolio, and is experienced in creating destinations that people want to return to.

Emma is a Senior Consultant with over 11 years’ experience in data-led retail strategy. Prior to Colliers, Emma previously worked at Accenture/Javelin Group and Morrisons.

Emma has worked with a broad range of clients in the UK and internationally. Clients include Aviva Investors, Hammerson, Intu, Standard Life; and retailers across the occupier spectrum including grocery, fashion, F&B and telco.
Cecily joined Colliers in 2022 and is part of the Central London Retail and F&B Agency team, predominantly leasing restaurant opportunities in Central London. Cecily works with a number of leading London Estates including Howard de Walden and Argent LLP.
Cecily focuses on identifying new and emerging brands and experiences looking to establish themselves in London, offering advice on location and lease structures. Acquisitions include Vintage Threads on the Shafetsbury Estate, and WNU on the Grosvenor Estate.
Alex is an Analyst for Colliers UK based in Leeds, forming part of the Retail Strategy & Analytics team. He was previously the GIS Analyst in the Research & Forecasting team.
He advises clients globally on store location and performance optimisation strategies, spanning the occupier spectrum from fashion, grocery and homewares through to F&B, leisure and retail banking (and beyond).
Alex joined Colliers in September 2021 after completing his MSc in GIS at the University of Leeds. During his time at Leeds he developed a strong interest in location planning and analysis. He conducted his dissertation on this topic, evaluating the impacts of COVID-19 on the store network of a major UK high-street retailer based on a range of factors including catchment geodemographics, domestic tourism, the shift from office to home-based working, and the rise of convenience culture. This dissertation was administrated in partnership with the firm and resulted in him recommending future changes to their store and online networks in order to maximise effieicency and productivity.
Katie joined Colliers in 2021 after a five year career in Marketing and Events.
Her key focus is advising Central London Landlords on their retail holdings, providing stratgeic advice on developments and tenant mix.
