Nicole joined the Colliers Arnold Orlando office in February 2007. She has spent most of her time marketing retail properties such as power centers, entertainment centers and neighborhood centers as well as free-standing buildings or outparcels for sale or lease. In addition she has also done a lot of site selection work with both national and regional tenant representative clients expanding throughout Central Florida. She also recently started working with industrial properties for sale or lease ranging from 5,000 SF warehouses to 40 acres of build-to-suit lots.
Responsibilities Nicole has includes preparing committee ready site evaluation packages, business proposals, flyers, monthly e-mail blasts, property websites and other miscellaneous marketing materials such as online property postings and property signage. She also does property research which includes pulling demographics and creating basic maps or aerials.
Recently Nicole was given the role of Advanced Marketing Tools Coordinator (AMTC) which includes responsibilities such as maintaining her ability in working with specific software programs, keeping other office Marketing Coordinators up to speed with new materials, assisting with IT questions or problems and coordinating monthly Tips 'n Tricks office meetings to share new tools or methods to be more efficient.
