Ms. Keelty, a Vice President and Principal of the firm, specializes in office product and is responsible for leasing office properties throughout Baltimore City.

Ms. Keelty is currently part of the downtown project marketing team for such notable projects as:

• 100 International Drive, the new Legg Mason World Headquarters which delivered September 2009 and is LEED Silver Certified
• Tide Point, a 400,000-square-foot historic office conversion project by Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse that delivered in November 2000
• 100 East Pratt Street, a 600,000-square-foot IBM joint venture, owned by Wells Real Estate Funds, which is presently 100% leased
• Thames Street Wharf, a 275,000-square-foot waterfront office building owned by H&S Properties Development Corporation, delivering in March 2010  

In addition, she serves on the tenant representation side for clients interested in locating within the Central Business District and surrounding harbor area. 

She previously served as a real estate analyst in Colliers Pinkard’s downtown office specializing in Corporate Services.  Her tasks included tracking transaction data, performing financial and lease analyses, and writing proposals.  Prior to her role in Corporate Services, she was employed in the Appraisal Department of Colliers Pinkard.  As research assistant for the appraisal group, she was fundamental in valuing over seven million square feet of commercial properties in 1998.
