Nicole Kamen serves as a Vice President for Colliers Corporate Solutions, focused on providing creative solutions to the real estate requirements of corporate clients. Along with the rest of the Corporate Solutions professionals, Nicole works in partnership with Colliers’ clients to develop and implement individualized plans designed to increase efficiency, reduce costs and allow our clients to focus on their core business activities.

Nicole is a results oriented executive with a diverse background in commercial real estate.  Prior to joining Colliers, Nicole served as the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for Premier Global Services, Inc.  While at Premier, Nicole was successful in disposing of 70% of Premier’s leases and reduced total portfolio expenses by $6 million.  Nicole also worked for Cushman and Wakefield of Georgia and Tishman Real Estate Services.
