Nick has represented major International clients such as Google, Bank of New York Mellon, Siemens, LSI, Microsoft, Pfizer & Nationwide Building Society UK, in transactions involving excess of 500,000sq.ft in past 5 years.
Represents a number of Private Investors & Landlords who have engaged Colliers International for strategic asset advice, acquisitions & disposals.
Acts as advisor to other corporate & financial clients including Rohan Holdings, Green Property, Bank of Ireland, IBRC, NAMA.
Heads the Colliers International (Dublin) Offices team which transacted over 250,000sq.ft in 2012.
