Mr. Udstuen is a Vice President at Colliers International in Houston, Texas. He joined the firm in 2005 with a successful career in office project leasing and tenant representation. During his tenure, Nelson has completed over 400 lease transactions totaling in excess of $70 million.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Mr. Udstuen was First Vice President at Axis Property Advisors from 1999 to 2005. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Udstuen was Marketing Director at Transwestern Commercial Services. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Udstuen was a Leasing Agent at Trammel Crow Company.
