Nelly joined Colliers International Tampa Bay Florida in 2004. She provides marketing and administrative support to Jim Kovacs, Managing Director of Retail Services and Top Producer in 2008 (also among the top 10 in 2009, 2007, 2006 and 2004). She was awarded "Marketing Coordinator for Top Producing Team" in 2008. Her team included three of the five top producing brokers in the entire company.

With nine years of experience, Nelly is focused on Retail Tenant Representation, as well as Retail Leasing. She is thoroughly involved in the Site Selection Process and prepares detailed Tour Books for client visits to the market.

Nelly specializes in preparing Real Estate Committee and High Quality Trade Area Review packages for national clients such as The TJX Companies, Office Depot, and Panera Bread. She provides a high level of professional support to brokers and clients by coordinating the preparation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and offering memorandums. This is in addition to the administrative duties involved in supporting a top producer which include contact database management, as well as meeting and travel coordination for various business trips and conferences.

Nelly has been an asset to the Colliers Retail Team over the years by taking a leadership role in planning and organizing company involvement in various trade shows such as the International Council of Shopping Center events.

Prior to joining Colliers, Nelly was a Leasing Administrative Assistant at Turnberry Associates, a prominent developer in Miami. Nelly specialized in Retail Shopping Center Leasing for various properties including Aventura Mall containing 2,700,000 square feet and provided marketing and administrative support to the Director of Leasing.
