In 1999, Neil moved to Warsaw from Canada as the Regional Managing Director of the Central & East Europe business unit covering Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania with a focus on institutional client development. In mid-2005, Neil stepped away from his executive responsibilities to work full-time in the CEE Investment Services.  In the past five years Neil has concluded approximately EUR 1 billion in transaction volume including some of the largest transactions in the Central & Eastern European region such as the Warsaw Trade Tower, Deloitte House, Marynarska Point, Grunwaldzki Center, Millennium Park Phase 1 and the Mayland Retail Portfolio.
