Mike began his commercial real estate career in 1973 with Steinbach Associates, which later became Zimmer-Steinbach Commercial Real Estate.  In 1995 Zimmer-Steinbach merged into Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.

Initially Mike specialized in industrial real estate, which involved the sale, leasing and project management of industrial properties.  In 1985, he expanded his specialties to include office leasing, development and tenant representation.  Additionally, Mike has been actively involved in property real estate consulting, management and fee appraisal.
