Mike Nelson specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties and land throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan area and the United States. Having been in the commercial real estate industry for over eight years, Mike has established a track record for success in representing the interests of landlords and businesses and the servicing of their real estate requirements. During his tenure, Mike has also represented developers, institutional owners, and REIT’s with lease and sale negotiations, site acquisitions, and build-to-suit projects.
Prior to joining Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Mike worked as an industrial broker with Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago.
