Michael Neal serves as senior vice president of Colliers International – Atlanta and helps lead the Retail Services Group.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Mr. Neal achieved the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Top Five Producer award in ten of the past fourteen years including # 1 Retail ranking for three years and # 1 in Land for five years.

• His experience with shopping center leasing, market research, development, acquisitions, sales negotiations and asset management includes working with developers and investors such as Sembler Co., Cousins Properties, Thomas Enterprises, Simon Properties, Developers Diversified and tenant’s including Target, Lowe’s, Kohl’s, Home Depot.

• Mr. Neal represented Target in site selection and leasing transactions for 65 stores across the Southeast and has worked with Darden Restaurants, which owns Red Lobster, Olive Garden and Bahama Breeze, in locating 36 restaurants.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Mr. Neal coaches in the Atlanta Top Hat Soccer League. He is also a board member for Covenant House of Georgia, a privately funded childcare agency providing shelter and service to homeless and runaway youth
