Mike provides executive-level client representation for real estate needs across the country. With five years of experience as an industrial real estate specialist, he has extensive transaction experience, including consummating the largest industrial lease in North America in 2010. Mike is active in the local networks of SIOR and CCIM, as well as Colliers International, which assists his efforts in acquisitions, dispositions and build-to-suit transactions.

Mike has represented such notable firms as Hamilton Beach, Cummins, Toyota Tsusho, Quebecor World Logistics, Mimeo.com, Cooper Lighting, DSC Logistics, Hollingsworth Capital Partners, and Prologis.

Mike joined Colliers International in 2007 after working for CB Richard Ellis for one year in industrial tenant representation. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Mike was a corporate bond trader for ten years with Duncan Williams, Inc.
