“Mike’s driving motivation wasn’t for his best interest, but clearly our company’s. Because he had his ear to the ground, we were able to separate ourselves from the other 100,000 square feet of people who were going to potentially be looking for the same kind of space as us. We got out in a timely manner, and got a negotiated space that was better and cost us less. I’d seriously suggest Michael and his team.”
