Michael specializes in projects in Montgomery and Bucks Counties. His area of focus is primarily Industrial and Flex projects. He currently represents landlords and tenants as well as buyers and sellers of industrial/flex real estate.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Joining Colliers in 2006, Michael quickly established a strong presence in his market. His client list is comprised of multi-national companies, local entrepreneurial business owners, and start-ups. At present, he is involved in the marketing of nearly 1.5 million square feet of industrial/flex space.

Prior to joining Colliers, Michael was involved in magazine and internet sales for an engineering media company and was highly successful in increasing market share as well as annual revenues. His experience developing comprehensive advertising campaigns for business owners and marketing professionals has allowed him to realize the importance of understanding his clients’ needs while focusing on customer service and, ultimately, results.
