Michael D. Cummings has over 21 years' experience as an office properties specialist. His experience includes performing analytical feasibility studies, corporate and professional relocations, and the leasing of a 600,000-square-foot downtown Chicago Class A speculative office development.

During the past two years, Michael has been directly responsible for more than 1.3 million square feet of transactions with combined consideration of more than $200 million.

Michael is an active member of The Executives' Club of Chicago, where he participates in several committees, including the Real Estate/Construction Committee, and the University Club of Chicago, where he serves on the Games and Athletes Committee. He is also on the governing board of his church where he manages charitable community involvement. In addition, Michael has been actively involved with the American Cancer Society and Habitat for Humanity.
