Mike Ciosek is an Associate Vice President with Colliers International, specializing in the sale, lease and development of industrial and office properties. He has an extensive background in landlord and tenant representation and maintains high-level client relationships. He is an expert at creating highly effective marketing strategies for each property assignment.

Mike is also a member of Colliers’ Multi-Modal Services Group, which specializes in supply chain real estate solutions along transportation corridors, including freeway, airport and rail-served markets. He has marketed more than 10 million square feet of land and new construction sales and leasing projects. Mike joined Colliers in 2001.

Mike partners with Eric Bell in the sale, lease and development of industrial and office properties. The team specializes in Deer Valley and the I-17, Loop 101, Loop 303 and West I-10 corridors in metro Phoenix. Utilizing their in-depth market knowledge, the team develops strategic real estate solutions aligned with their clients’ goals.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Mike was a sales account executive for Knowledgnet in Scottsdale, where he was responsible for national sales accounts for Microsoft and Cisco certification training. Previously, he was a district sales manager for MAN Roland in Illinois.
