Mr. Bosica joined Colliers Pinkard as a member of the Corporate Solutions Group, providing transaction management, facility management and construction services to various existing clients throughout the Baltimore-Washington Corridor.
Prior to joining Colliers Pinkard, Mr. Bosica worked for Builder’s 1st Choice as a regional sales manager. Mr. Bosica was responsible for residential real estate sales and marketing activities in the Washington, DCarea; he assisted in the sale of $39 million of new residential projects.
