Melody Holley is a Vice President with Colliers International and is responsible for the marketing and leasing of shopping centers, ranging from neighborhood centers to specialty centers. Ms. Holley leads a team of associates that specializes in project leasing, pre-leasing of new developments, redevelopments and specialty centers. Ms. Holley is also involved in the representation of tenants in their site selection process. Ms. Holley takes a hands on approach through the entire leasing process, actively soliciting tenants through traditional and innovative methods, as well as, serving as a point of contact for prospective tenants and clients

Throughout Ms. Holley’s career at Colliers International, she has handled the leasing for diverse assignments, such as: the redevelopment of Roswell Wieuca in north Buckhead; a large portfolio of Kroger & Publix-anchored centers and properties for institutional owners such as UBS, CAPROC and Colonial Properties, as well as entrepreneurial owners.
Ms. Holley currently oversees 28 properties consisting of over 1.7 million square feet of retail in projects throughout Georgia including Atlanta, Dalton, Rome and Cartersville. Ms. Holley is a licensed sales associate under Georgia and Virginia law. She has ten years of previous experience in the Real Estate industry with a background in marketing.
