Melody Holley is a Senior Associate with Colliers Spectrum Cauble Realty and is responsible for the marketing and leasing of shopping centers, ranging from neighborhood centers to specialty centers.  Ms. Holley leads a team of associates that specializes in project leasing, pre-leasing of new developments, redevelopments and specialty centers.  Ms. Holley is also involved in the representation of tenants in their site selection process.  Melody takes a hands on approach through the entire leasing process, actively soliciting tenants through traditional and innovative methods, as well as, serving as a point of contact for prospective tenants and clients.

Throughout Ms. Holley’s career at Colliers Spectrum Cauble Realty, she has handled the leasing for diverse assignments, such as:  the redevelopment of Roswell Wieuca in north Buckhead; a large portfolio of Kroger & Publix-anchored centers and properties for institutional owners such as UBS, CAPROC, Camreal European, and Aetna, as well, entrepreneurial owners.  She currently oversees 28 properties (over 1.7 million sq.ft.)
