- GE Capital - a 20,000-square-foot office lease at Charlotte Park
- Weyerhaeuser - a 25,000-square-foot office lease at Whitehall
- TransUnion - a 50,000-square-foot office lease at Forest Park
- Hilliard Lyons Financial Services - a 7,000-square-foot office lease at South Park
Current Charlotte project leasing assignments include:
- The BB&T Center - a 560,000-square-foot office building in Uptown Charlotte
- Wood Ridge Center - a 65,000-square-foot office building on Billy Graham Parkway
- Tompkins Toolworx - a 45,000-square-foot office building in South End
Mr. Hanks is civically involved as a Vice President and member of the Board of Trustees for the Charlotte Repertory Theatre. In the recent past, Mr. Hanks has been a volunteer at the George Shinn Night Shelter, and a Pacesetter Team Captain for the United Way Fund Drive, a member of the Alumni Association and Century Club Member at the Olin Graduate School of Business at Washington University and a member of the Alumni Association at Emory University.
