Matthew specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties in the Philadelphia Suburban Markets. His experience includes extensive work with ground-up/build-to-suit development, adaptive reuse, and medical facilities. Matthew joined Colliers in 1999 after graduating from Temple University’s Fox School of Business Management, and has continued studies in Real Estate Finance, Taxation, and Development. He is also a candidate in the CCIM institute of investment management, the industry’s most regarded professional designation.
