As a member of the Downtown Office Services and Life Sciences teams, Mr. Seward brings with him more than 13 years of real estate experience. From 2002 through 2008, Mr. Seward successfully negotiated 266 transactions totaling over 2 million square feet with an aggregate value of nearly $268 million. His focus is on both Tenant and Landlord representation in the Baltimore City market. Some recent notable Tenant Representation assignments include:

Johns Hopkins Science and Technology Park, a 31-acre, multiple-building research and development park adjacent to the Johns Hopkins medical campus
As a member of the Colliers International Life Sciences Group, Mr. Seward also focuses on the real estate activity for the Life Sciences sector in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Clients include Johns Hopkins, Paragon Bioservices, Forest City Science & Technology, FASgen, Celsis In Vitro Technologies, among others.
Additionally, Mr. Seward has been a team member on major consulting assignments and investment sales, including the sale of 300 East Lombard Street, a 240,000-square-foot Class A office building, Brown’s Wharf, a 104,000-square-foot Class A office and retail complex, and 1 East Pratt Street, a 317,000-square-foot Class A office building, among others.
