Career History

• 2000 to Present: Senior Associate, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.
  Responsible for new business development in the areas of project leasing, tenant representation, and property sales.  Extensive experience representing local and institutional property owners.  Marty has served such clients as: Compuware, Best Vendors, H&R Block, Harmon Glass, Ace Insurance, Jostens, Cigna, AAA of Minnesota/Iowa, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and Wells Fargo Mortgage.
• 1992 to 2000: Senior Associate/Office Leasing and Development, Kraus-Anderson Realty Company.
  Responsible for office development, sales and leasing.
• 1990 to 1992: Leasing Manager, Heitman Financial.
  Developed and maintained broker relations with key real estate brokers active in the market. Responsible for leasing Heitman's downtown Minneapolis office properties including IDS Tower, Kinnard Center, and One Financial Plaza.
• 1989 to 1990: Office Associate, CB/Richard Ellis, Inc.
  Responsible for project leasing and tenant representation – Primary area of responsibility focused on the Minneapolis Metro Office market.  Services to clients included tenant representation, listing, and consulting services.

Professional Accomplishments

• Most recently, Martin completed the leasing of One Southwest Crossing in Eden Prairie for owner Talcott Realty Investors. Within 24 months, over 200,000 square feet of space were leased to achieve 99.6% occupancy. He also increased occupancy of One Corporate Center I and III from 75% to 90% within eight months of beginning the assignment, as the result of an aggressive leasing campaign and broker/tenant relations.
• Successfully completed the development and leasing of Gateway Office Plaza, Burnsville's first class "A" office building for owner Kraus-Anderson Inc. Responsible for development/leasing proforma, city approval process, design features, and marketing/leasing the property.
