Less than a year later Martin became the regional managing director for Greater Los Angeles.

Before entering the real estate services industry, Martin began his career at De Gradpré Chait as a lawyer specializing in real estate and construction law. His most significant accomplishments while at the firm include the construction phase of the Bell Centre, Transat AT’s commercial and real estate litigation, and transfer of underperforming mortgages for Bandera.
