Area of Specialization
Marne joined Colliers International in 1996 after fifteen years locally with CBRE, where she focused on property representation. In 1997, she acquired her SIOR designation, signifying her experience and professionalism within the industry. Since joining Colliers, Marne has served as a division leader for the Land Specialty Group and as a member of the Board of Directors. Currently a shareholder in the company, Marne has taken her extensive experience from representing property owners and successfully transitioned her emphasis to representing a growing list of high-tech, medical device and R&D related companies. She continues to be a top producer at Colliers as she successfully finds solutions to her clients real estate requirements.

Experience
During her career, Marne has negotiated and been personally involved in lease, land, and building sales transactions totaling over 6 million square feet, over 125 acres in residential land sales, and over $3 billion in total consideration. She has maintained exclusive listings on many premier office buildings such as Metro Plaza, RiverPark Tower, 2010 North First Street, Market Post Tower, and Koll-Bayshore.

Community Involvement
Marne has a long history of being active in the community. She served on the Board of Directors of the Santa Clara County Chapter of the American Heart Association for seven years and continues to work on major development events. She serves on the Board of Fellows for Santa Clara University. She has served on other boards and done volunteer work for numerous organizations.
