Whilst rent reviews and lease renewals form the core of our work we felt this change of name reflected the increasing amount of work we do surrendering, re-gearing and renegotiating leases. In the current economic climate lease restructuring can be a great initiative for unlocking value for clients. Our motto is 'We make your property work harder' which indicates how we add value for both landlords and tenants. In short it's a brand new name but the same great service.
