Colliers International appointed to manage Willow Brook Shopping Centre

Colliers International has been appointed to manage Willow Brook Shopping Centre, Bradley Stoke, Bristol on behalf of the Spen Hill / Ropemaker Properties fund Joint Venture. 

The 295, 000 sq. ft. scheme, anchored by Tesco Extra, has internal and external retail and restaurant units, in addition to 19,000 sq. ft. of high specification office space.

This will add to the growing Colliers International shopping centre management portfolio, bringing it to 23 schemes across the UK and Eire.
