This arrangement allows us to drawn on our detailed knowledge of the West London and M4/M40 corridor markets whilst simultaneously providing the resources and capabilities associated with a major property consultancy.

• With Professional Indemnity cover up to £100m and national coverage through a network of regional offices, we have the capacity to service instructions of any size; from the corner shop through to large individual assets and portfolios.
• Valuations for a variety of purposes including secured lending, performance monitoring, corporate acquisition, accounting and asset transfer.
• We are on the lending panel of all mainstream UK banks and have forged close relationships with local branches.
