Two units let at McDonald Trade Park

Colliers International, acting jointly with Lambert Smith Hampton, has let Unit 3 & Unit 7 McDonald Trade Park, Hemel Hempstead on behalf of Berkeley Square Common Investment Fund.

The units total 6,314 sq ft and 5,892 sq ft respectively. The tenants are Acorn Tiles (Unit 3) and Gil–Lec (unit 7). 

The scheme, newly developed in 2008 and one of Hemel Hempstead’s most popular trade parks, now has only three units available. Other tenants include Screwfix Direct, Toolstation, Magnet Trade, STS and Hopespare.

Commenting on the deals, Joshua Pater, Associate Director at Colliers International noted: “This remains a premium estate, with a strong mix of occupiers. We have strong interest in the remaining units and are talking to a variety of interested parties.”

Acorn Tiles and Gil-Lec were unrepresented.
