Screwfix to open in Dartford

Acting on behalf of Legal & General Investment Management, Colliers International has negotiated the leasing of Unit 18 at Quadrant Court near Dartford to Screwfix.

The 3,395 sq ft unit, which comprises of 2,835 sq ft of warehouse space and 560 sq ft of office accommodation, is located at Junction 1a of the M25 and offers direct access to the Dartford Crossing and to Bluewater.

Other occupiers on Crossways Business Park include CEF, Bernco, Brewers and Howdens Joinery Co.

Quadrant Court now only has 2 units remaining before it is fully let.

CBRE and Altus Edwin Hill were jointly instructed alongside Colliers International on behalf of Legal & General Investment Management.
