Norwich gets its own Cuban twist

Collier International has successfully brokered the disposal of the Slug & Lettuce in Norwich on behalf of the Town & City Pub Group.

The property has been taken by Revolution Vodka bar operator Inventive Leisure Limited and will be used for its new Revolucion de Cuba concept.

Ross Kirton, Associate Director at Colliers International commented:  “We successfully completed this disposal in an off market basis.  We have noticed a substantial increase in demand for premises in Norwich from corporate occupiers recently; and Inventive Leisure's second unit in the City follows the arrival of All Bar One and Jamie's Italian.”
