Colliers International disposes of Ealing office property

Colliers International, on behalf of Mapeley STEPS Ltd, has disposed of part of International House, Ealing to UK Broadband Ltd.

UK Broadband Ltd, a subsidiary of PCCW Limited, has taken part of the 3rd floor of International House, an area which extends to 19,044 sq ft, on a 5 year lease with a tenant only option to terminate the lease after the second anniversary of the term.

The rent on the property is £22.50 per sq ft or £428,490 per annum, following a short rent free period.
