From St Stephen’s Green North

• Travel east towards Merrion Row (one way system), down Baggot Street Lower.
• Take the first right on to Pembroke Street Lower.
• Colliers International office is the last building on the left-hand side before Fitzwilliam Square.

By Tram

From the LUAS Green Line (pedestrian)

From the LUAS stop at Harcourt Street, turn right onto Hatch Street Upper and follow on onto Hatch Street Lower. Cross at Leeson Street Lower and follow Pembroke Street Upper. Colliers International office is the first building past Fitzwilliam Square on the right-hand side on Pembroke Street Lower.

By bus

All city centre bus route's will bring you within walking distance of the office. It is also located close to the Air Coach route and just 15 minutes by car (depending on traffic) from both Heuston and Connelly train stations.

By air

From Dublin Airport

• Take the M1 Motorway southbound towards the City Centre. Once on Dorset Street, continue on straight to Bolton Street. Turn left onto Capel Street and continue on straight to the river. Turn left onto Ormond Quay and then take the next turn right, travelling over O'Connell Bridge onto D'Olier Street.
• Trinity College will be directly ahead. Bear right at the traffic lights, keeping the College on your left. Bear Left, to travel along Nassau Street in the direction of Merrion Square. Turn right onto Merrion Square West.
• Follow the road to the top and turn right onto Lower Baggot Street. Keep in the right hand lane and follow the road round onto Lower Pembroke Street. Hambleden House is just after ‘The Pembroke’ pub on the left hand side.
