Emblem makes mark on Isleworth

Colliers International, in conjunction with Vokins Chartered Surveyors, has successfully negotiated the letting of Unit 4 Fleming Way, Isleworth to Emblem Furniture Limited.
 
Emblem Furniture Limited has taken the 9,325 sq ft unit on a five year lease term with a rent free incentive package. The unit has been taken at an annual rent of £65,275.
 
Landlord Falcon Property Trust was represented by Colliers International and Vokins Chartered Surveyors. Emblem Furniture Limited was unrepresented.
