Colliers International leases 10 Palacecraig Street, Coatbridge to truck repair firm
Colliers International has let 10 Palacecraig Street, Coatbridge, on behalf of a private investor, to commercial vehicle repair company, CEM Scotland Limited. The 3.8 acre yard has been let on a five-year lease at an annual rent of £95,000.
Iain Davidson, director industrial and logistics with Colliers International in Scotland, said: “We are delighted to welcome CEM Scotland Ltd to Palacecraig Street. The area is well known for its central location and we are currently marketing a variety of industrial units on Palacecraig Street, ranging from small workshops to a 50,000 sq ft modern distribution warehouse with a large yard.”
