10 Coddington Crescent safeguards Christmas post with letting to Royal Mail

KKR Ltd has let 10 Coddington Crescent, Eurocentral, Lanarkshire to Royal Mail, on a short term basis at a rental of £5.50psf. The 82,509 sq ft distribution warehouse, recently vacated by DHL, will be used by Royal Mail in the run-up to Christmas, its busiest period of the year.

Iain Davidson, Director of Colliers International, who acted for KKR Ltd, said: “We are delighted to be able to support Royal Mail at what is clearly a very important time for its customers. Given its cross-docked configuration, the building is perfectly suited to a parcel delivery, courier-style operation, seeking unrivalled access across Central Scotland and beyond.”

The warehouse, which is located within a 10.22 acre secure site, also comprises 2 storey offices, adjacent vehicle repair workshop, security gatehouse, yard and generous parking. 

Beyond Royal Mail’s short-term lease, joint agents Colliers International and Ryden are marketing 10 Coddington Crescent for lease or sale.
