Colliers International, acting on behalf of Plantation Properties (a Khalastchi Family Company), has sold 73-77 Queens House, Queensway, W2 to a high net worth individual for £5.15 million, representing a yield of 4.75%.

The 3,496 sq ft buildings have been let to J Sainsbury plc for 15 years with five-yearly reviews, linked to the RPI.
