Colliers recruits new Head of Licensed & Leisure

Colliers International is pleased to announce the appointment of James Shorthouse as its new Head of Licensed & Leisure.

James previously spent 20 years at a well known national agency where he was head of Advisory Services in the pubs, bars and restaurants sector.

“James is very well known within the leisure sector, and we are looking forward to him taking charge of our already successful Licensed and Leisure department.
