Colliers International collects 99% of rents within five days

Latest statistics from Colliers International show the company achieved a 99% collection rate within five days this quarter, across their entire management portfolio, compared to eight days the previous year.

Mark Jarrett, Head of Professional Services at Colliers International commented: “With all the talk of economic doom and gloom we were expecting tenants to delay rent payments this quarter. However we’ve collected all our rents within record time which suggests business’s cash flows are holding up well.”
