Colliers buys The Bedford Public House in Balham

Colliers International, acting on behalf of CRS Properties, has bought The Bedford Public House in Balham, south-west London for £4.3 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.5%.

The 20,350 sq ft building has been let to Enterprise Inns for 35 years, with reviews linked to RPI taken annually for the first five years, and then five yearly thereafter.

Franc Warwick acted on behalf of the vendor, Max Property Group.
