Colliers International notes RadioShack Corporation has leased 2,100 square feet at the retail center commonly known as Crossroards Center located at 5000 Twin City Highway, Groves, Texas 77619. The tenant, RadioShack Corporation, was represented by Jon Kantalis of SDI Realty. Clay Rabel and Bruce Wallace of Colliers International represented the landlord, Crossroad Partners, Inc., in the transaction.

SANTA CLARITA, CA-The 87,094-square-foot Northpark Village Square has sold for $40 million at a sub-6% cap rate in a deal that "generated strong demand from worldwide institutional investors." That's according to Tom Lagos, senior vice president and director of the retail services group in Colliers International’s Downtown Los Angeles office. Lagos represented the seller, Northpark Village Corp., an entity advised by Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC.

The 165,496-square-foot community shopping center, built in 2007, is comprised of 11 buildings and includes Henry's Farmer's Market, L.A. Fitness, Rite-Aid, Beverages and More, Starbucks and a complimentary mix of diverse restaurants and service providers.
The Seller, Temecurich, LLC, was represented by Bill Barnett and Doug Hogan of Colliers International and the buyer, Alexander and Baldwin Inc. was represented by Davis Brodin of CB Richard Ellis.
