Colliers International notes RadioShack Corporation has leased 2,100 square feet at the retail center commonly known as Crossroards Center located at 5000 Twin City Highway, Groves, Texas 77619. The tenant, RadioShack Corporation, was represented by Jon Kantalis of SDI Realty. Clay Rabel and Bruce Wallace of Colliers International represented the landlord, Crossroad Partners, Inc., in the transaction.

87,00-SF Retail Center Commands Sub-6% Cap Rate February 14, 2010
 SANTA CLARITA, CA-The 87,094-square-foot Northpark Village Square has sold for $40 million at a sub-6% cap rate in a deal that "generated strong demand from worldwide institutional investors." That's according to Tom Lagos, senior vice president and director of the retail services group in Colliers International’s Downtown Los Angeles office. Fitness, Rite-Aid, Beverages and More, Starbucks and a complimentary mix of diverse restaurants and service providers.

 Hooters of America, Inc. and Colliers International recently announced that the iconic restaurant company is undertaking an ambitious worldwide expansion, with plans to increase its location count by at least 15 - 20 percent annually over the next several years.
