Manhattan October 2009 The Manhattan Class A vacancy rate climbed 10 basis points in October to 12.1%, its highest figure since June 1997. Manhattan September 2009 The Manhattan Class A vacancy rate climbed 20 basis points in September to 12.0, the highest since the 12.1% in June 1997. Manhattan August 2009 An uptick in leasing activity pushed the Manhattan Class A vacancy rate down to 11.8% from 12.0% in July.  back to top
