LPP Group will open shops in RayON Shopping Centre February 29, Kyiv - Colliers International consulting company, the exclusive agent of RayON SC reports on signing of a Lease Agreement with the Polish retailer – LPP Group, which will open 4 shops - Reserved, Mohito, House, Cropp Town of total area more than 1 500 sqm. Mohito shop of 190 sqm will become the first mono brand shop in Kyiv.

Colliers International concluded an exclusive agreement for concept development, marketing research and leasing of Babylon Shopping Center in Dnipropetrovsk. After re-conception Babylon Shopping Center will be renamed into Solnechnyi Shopping Center.

Colliers International consulting company consulted Swedbank on finding new office premises. As a result of the conducted work Swedbank concluded a lease agreement for office premises of total area more than 4 500 sqm for a 5 year term in Rialto Business Centre located at 18V, Novokonstantinovskaya Street, Kiev. The owner and developer of Rialto Business Centre is ISTIL GROUP. Thus, Swedbank became an anchor tenant in the business centre having occupied the 6th and the 7th floors.
