Chris has been with Colliers International since 1996 when he joined as an associate. Today, as Senior Vice President, Chris focuses on industrial real estate in the Mid Counties marketplace which includes the cities of Santa Fe Springs, Cerritos, La Mirada, Buena Park, La Palma, Norwalk, Whittier and Pramount.

Chris represents both institutional and local owners, as well as regional tenants. He has experience in investment, building, development and land sale transactions.

Adam began his real estate career in 2003, specializing in the leasing and sale of industrial properties in the mid-counties submarket, which includes the cities of Santa Fe Springs, Cerritos, La Mirada, Buena Park, La Palma, Norwalk, Whittier, and Paramount, comprised of an industrial base in excess of 110 million square feet.

Through his successful experience as a commercial real estate professional, Adam provides his clients realtime market knowledge with service excellence in such areas as project marketing, development and site selection consultation, broker relations, research and transaction coordination.
